Imagine a child who struggles with speech finally saying “walk on” to her horse or a child who struggles to fit in at school sitting tall and proud in the saddle, finally feeling like he is “good at something.”  At Ride for Joy we see these wonderful, small miracles every day. 

Every dollar donated to Ride for Joy helps ensure that we can continue to bring the joy and many therapeutic benefits of horses to Treasure Valley children with special needs, as we depend on donations to keep the program viable.   Over 80% of the cost of every lesson provided is funded by charitable contributions, as tuition fees cover less than 20% of our actual costs to provide services.
